Pentagram

A New Chapter For Naresh Ramchandani

Preview — Sep 29, 2022

After twelve years as a partner, Naresh Ramchandani is leaving Pentagram to set up as an independent consultant.

When Naresh joined the London office in 2010, his background in advertising and communications and his ongoing commitment to social justice and diversity brought a new point of view to Pentagram. When he was appointed President of D&AD in 2020, he took a similar approach, acting as a “positive provocateur”, championing the organisation’s mission to support and nurture design, and shaping the conversation during his year-long tenure.

Naresh will still be very much involved with his environmental project Do The Green Thing, which he co-founded in 2007. Described as a “public service for the planet that uses creativity to tackle climate change”, it continues to challenge the status quo through its regular Issues, campaigns and exhibitions.

Pentagram Partner John Rushworth adds: “Before Naresh joined Pentagram, we worked together on a number of projects and his thinking and ideas always made the work powerful. Over the past twelve years, Naresh has extended and elevated Pentagram’s reputation with his thought-provoking output, collaborating successfully with almost every Partner from each Pentagram office. His influence will continue to have an impact on our culture and we are all looking forward to working with him in the future”.
