Pecha Kucha Austin #33

Events — Apr 11, 2019

DJ Stout designed the poster for Pecha Kucha Austin #33, which will be held on the top floor of the Google corporate offices in Downtown Austin on Thursday, April 11th.

Pecha Kucha Austin will reach new heights on Thursday, April 11th when eleven inspiring presenters take the stage on the top floor of the towering Google offices, located at 500 West 2nd Street downtown. This special 33rd edition will kickoff Art Alliance Austin's Art City Austin festival weekend, held April 13-14 next door at the newly refurbished Republic Square.

Pecha Kucha is first come, first serve and you are encouraged to arrive early because of the large enthusiastic crowds this event routinely attracts. Doors open at 7:20pm and the show starts promptly at 8:20pm. As always, the event is free and open to the public but because of this unique venue, an RSVP is required in order to expedite entrance into the building. Please go to this link to register.

Complimentary wine, beer and spirits will be on hand and the special 24th collector's edition poster (above), part of a series designed by Pentagram and printed by Industry Print Shop, will be given away to each attendee for a suggested donation of $10 to help Art Alliance Austin and their support of this beloved, volunteer-run event.
