Igluu is redefining the digital property landscape by bridging the gap between sophisticated technology and human needs.
The identity positions Igluu not merely as a listing service, but as an intelligent platform that supports users through every stage of their housing journey.
Igluu is a Prague-based real estate technology platform designed to modernize the property market in the Czech Republic and beyond. The platform serves as a complete home ecosystem, bringing the entire real estate journey into a single digital environment.
As real estate transactions become increasingly complex and fragmented, Igluu set out to make the experience simpler, clearer, and more human. The brand identity reflects trust and technical sophistication while remaining approachable to a broad audience, from first-time renters to professional brokers operating at scale. The platform integrates property listings, transaction tools, and workflow automation into a single, intuitive system for agents, brokers, buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
A team led by Pentagram partner Michael Gericke collaborated closely with Martin Mucha, Igluu’s co-founder and CEO, to develop a program that conveys the process of attaining and maintaining a home as both highly personal and empowering.
The brand is anchored in a simple promise: “Real estate, simply online.” The idea reflects Igluu’s ambition to replace friction with confidence and ease. It positions the platform not as a listing service, but as an intelligent system supporting users at every stage of their housing journey.
At the heart of the identity is a focus on people rather than solely on data. Illustrative imagery emphasizes empowerment, reinforcing the idea that complex financial processes are within reach for everyone. Campaign language, such as "Home, at Your Fingertips," speaks directly to users, framing technology as an enabler.
“We moved away from the typical cold aesthetic of property platforms toward imagery that feels personal and approachable,” says Gericke. “The goal was for Igluu to feel like a knowledgeable and collaborative partner, not just a digital tool.”
This human-centered approach also reflects Igluu’s internal culture. The company’s international team is united by a shared aim to make real estate more transparent and equitable.
The visual identity is built from a concise suite of elements designed to be scalable and consistent across products and markets. The Igluu wordmark, with its embedded search icon, is a recognizable anchor for both digital and physical touchpoints.
Typography and color work together to express trust without feeling distant or overly technical. Warm hues replace typical cool fintech palettes, while an inviting serif typeface adds clarity and approachability, making the platform’s tools feel intuitive and accessible.
“We are redefining the digital property landscape,” says Mucha, Igluu’s co-founder and CEO. “By bringing technology and human needs together, we’ve created an ecosystem that makes every aspect of real estate truly simple and accessible for everyone.”
ČSOB, one of the Czech Republic’s largest banks and part of the Belgian KBC Group, became the sole shareholder of the company in 2025. The relationship provides institutional strength and financial expertise while allowing Igluu to cultivate its own distinct voice and culture.
Since its launch, Igluu has gained international recognition for innovation, earning the National Export Hero Award and the International Innovation Award.
