Following The Book of the Dog, Pentagram partner Angus Hyland and writer Kendra Wilson have teamed up again to produce a new book celebrating animals in art. The Book of the Bird is a collection of artworks of all things avian, from international artists and illustrators, both historical and contemporary.

Featuring all kinds of birds from small wrens to ominous magpies, the book contains dozens of images, which all explore power of bird symbolism in art. These images are interspersed with spiffy statements and short texts about the artists and different species.
